What we see on West Chester jobs
- Vaulted and two-story great room ceilings are common in the newer West Chester subdivisions, which changes what a fan or fixture install involves: downrod length, lift access, and a box rated for the weight.
- On the newer builds around Wetherington and Beckett Ridge, ceiling boxes are usually already in place and set up correctly.
- On older homes closer to the Union Centre area, we frequently find a box that was only ever meant to hold a light, not a fan.
